How to know the early symptoms of breast cancer


Breast cancer (breast carcinoma) is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast tissue. This type of cancer common in women and did not rule out if it happens to men, only very rarely the case.

Symptoms of Breast Cancer

There are several symptoms of breast cancer that can be seen. Here are the symptoms :
1. Lump in the breast can be palpable.
2. Changes in shape and size of the breast.
3. Sores around the nipple and the surrounding areas which are difficult to heal.
4. The presence of fluid (blood or pus-yellow to greenish) that came out of the nipple.
5. Changes in the nipple such as itching, burning, and are interested in (retraction).
6. The existence of wrinkles (like lime) on the breast skin.
7. At an advanced stage may develop bone pain, weight loss, swelling of arms or ulcerated skin.

Immediately consult your breasts to your doctor if symptoms arise that have been mentioned, in order to be handled properly.

Early Detection of Breast Cancer

1. Family history of breast cancer.
2. Women who had never been pregnant and given birth.
3. First pregnancy occurs after age 30 years.
4. Gets first menstruation at age below 12 years and menopause after age 55.
5. Use of birth control pills or estrogen replacement therapy.
6. Post-menopausal obesity and alcohol consumption.
7. Chemicals - Some studies have mentioned the exposure to chemicals that mimic estrogens (contained in pesticides and other industrial products) may increase the risk of breast cancer.
8. The use of DES (diethylstilbestrol). Women who took DES to prevent miscarriage have a higher risk of breast cancer.
